1-Terms & Conditions, If I cancel my One Way Cab/Round Trip/Local Rental
If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of schedule date & timing, then no refund shall be applicable. Entire booking amount or advance amount will be treated as a cancellation charge.
If you cancel your booking before 24 hours of schedule date & timing, Then only advance amount or 100/-Rs. which are lower, will be treated as cancellation charge, Rest amount will be refundable, within 3 working day to the customers.
2- Terms & Conditions, If I cancel my Tour Package/Holiday Package/ Occasional Package
In case booking get cancel before 15 days of schedule date and time, Then 100% booking amount or advance amount will be refundable.
In case booking get cancel between 7 day to 15 days of schedule date & time, then
50% of booking amount or advance amount whichever will be more, Treated as a cancelation charge.
In case booking get cancel before 7 days of schedule date & time, Then 100% or advance amount whichever will be more, Treated as a cancellation charge
